Who we're looking for
Our global Deloitte Workday practice is the implementation partner of choice for Workday’s largest clients. We support leading global organizations in optimizing and transforming their HR functions enabled by Workday functionalities. Our consultants offer insights, capabilities, and solutions that change the way these organizations operate and make people-related decisions.
We are currently building a dedicated team in Poland and are looking for high-energy, committed and ambitious people to join our global Workday practice. Next to designing and implementing Workday, our Consulting professionals advise on process optimization and automation by applying the newest technologies (e.g. chatbots, machine learning, and robotics), the latest HR operating models, as well as service design principles to drive real employee experience improvements.
We are looking for Application Management Consutants to join the Workday team for following areas: integration, security, business processes, human capital management.
Requirements:
- Experience as Workday Specialist/Configurator
- Strong HCM Fundamentals knowledge (Knowledge of Functional/Business Process Core HR solution – employee record and organization structure)
- Experience as Subject Matter Expert in other Workday modules (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Security, Recruiting, Absence, Data Migration)
- Experience in implementing and configuring Workday solutions
- Cross functional knowledge with other modules of Workday
- Ability to deliver work to meet defined Service Level Agreements
- Ability to resolve complex issues
- Ability to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your own work, maintaining high quality, accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer focused attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent English
For Integranion area:
- Knowledge of XML and XSLT
- Experience working with Workday Integration technologies such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
- Experience working with Third Party Payroll (PECIs and PI)

- Supporting run activities (audits, checks, maintenance tasks, workday releases)
- Supporting clients on queries and issues
