Your future role

Working as an Administrative Assistant you gain the opportunity to operate as a first-line supporter of Leadership team within the Sustainability & Economics area. You will be of managing and assuring the ongoing information, projects and actions flow according to main experts’ schedules.

Your responsibilities

  • Settling senior management expenditures;
  • Coordinating business trips organization;
  • Comprehensive organization of internal and client meetings;
  • Coordinating working time settlements of senior management;
  • Maintaining and providing necessary materials required while created and conducted internal workshops;
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Organizing the flow of orders for all necessary office supplies;
  • Coordinating the urgent official and client documentation flow within the department;
  • Organizing and sending occasional gifts both to team members and clients;
  • Managing trips and integration events organization;
  • Preparing drafts of contracts in the accordance of specific policies regarding: clients, subcontractors, suppliers, ect.;
  • Coordinating and taking care of the houses division;
  • Supporting teams in everyday tasks.
