Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for

• Proven experience as an Administrative or Financial Assistant, 3 or more years of experience
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and local language
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
• Willingness to invest time in your own knowledge and competencies
• Bachelor degree or High School degree with additional qualification as an Administrative assistant

Your future role

• Managing all administrative duties and responsibilities

• Active involvement in the entire process of preparing a business offer and contracts

• Creating narrative and financial reports

• Preparation and management of the company's administrative data

• Managing electronic archives and databases

• Daily communication with clients, written and oral

• Other administrative duties
