Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in conflict checks, compliance analysis, or a related area.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a relevant field – e.g., Law, Finance, Business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, and high motivation to learn.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and industry standards would be an advantage.


Your future role
  • Data Collection: Gather and compile necessary information related to current and prospective clients or projects.
  • Analysis and Review: Evaluate data to identify potential conflicts of interest and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Compliance Assurance: Verify adherence to professional and ethical standards, as well as internal policies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of conflict checks and prepare detailed reports.
  • Communication: Collaborate with legal teams and management to communicate findings and recommend solutions.
  • Monitoring: Continuously update conflict check databases and track industry and organizational changes.
