Who we are looking for
Our ideal candidate’s qualifications are:

  • Minimum 3-4 of experience in auditing companies;
  • Good GAAP/IFRS knowledge;
  • Experience in supervising work of others;
  • University degree, preferably in Accounting, Auditing, Business and Finance, Organisational or Math science and similar fields;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus);
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem solving skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels;
  • Willingness to travel for out-of-town engagements;
  • Experience in international environment / projects will be a plus
  • ACCA license would be considered as a plus
  • Chamber of Authorized Auditors would be considered as a plus
Your future role
As an Audit Consultant/Senior Consultant in our Belgrade office you will act as a lead member of an engagement team and be responsible for performing all aspects of the engagement, including planning, fieldwork, research on audit and accounting issues, reviewing financial statements and disclosures, coordinating and clearing all levels of review. 
Responsibilities for the senior will vary depending upon the scope and nature of the engagement. 
Develop and motivate junior audit staff and provide them with counseling and career guidance.
