Opis i wymagania

Kogo szukamy
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • Experience in large-scale organizational change management as well as knowledge of change methodologies and tools (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, communication planning and execution, training support and business readiness measurement)
  • Demonstrated confidence and maturity to work with senior executives, clients and stakeholders
  • Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Consulting experience and/or experience in multinational change management projects
  • Change management certification and experience in culture transformation will be a strong plus

Here are some of the things you may be doing within Change Management:

  • Collaborating with the client stakeholders to support them with creating change strategy, providing them with a change management structured methodology as well as advising a fit-for-purpose tools
  • Conduct change impact analysis, assess change readiness and support to identify key stakeholders
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
  • Help our clients to lead change management activities to manage employee engagement, address change resistance and improve employee performance
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Advise our clients on integrating the change management activities into project plan
