Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
  • Minimum 5 years in Chief of Staff/Project Management Office role, ideally in Consulting and/or Operations environment;
  • Proven experience in operational excellence management, creation and implementation of standards and practices and understanding of the financials metrics of the organization;
  • Strategic thinker with ability to define the problem statement, assess options, recommend solutions, solicit perspectives, and drive to a decision;
  • Strong inter-personal skills, comfort negotiating with stakeholders, knowing when to push vs. allow additional time;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to convey complex concepts concisely and effectively across multiple levels including leadership team, peers, managers and junior staff; and externally with customers and partners;
  • Skills to guide and direct objectives at meetings, strategic planning sessions, business reviews, etc.;
  • Ability to gather data, analyze, visualize, and structure fact-based recommendations;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint skills is required;
  • Advanced English skills.
Your future role

Working as a Chief of Staff you will partner Leadership team in ensuring operational excellence for the team, acting as an enabler for strategic initiatives, and ensuring execution against key priorities.

Your responsibilities

  • Leading strategic initiatives across Central Europe Sustainability team, engaging with key stakeholders, and communicating broadly);
  • Guiding leadership meetings, including formulating the topics to cover, facilitating the discussion, capturing notes and action items, and following up. You’ll be responsible for refining the Sustainability operating model going forward;
  • Establish and track objectives, performance metrics, and key results. Aggregate executive status report-outs for sharing within the team. Identify opportunities for efficiency, proposing new systems/process to streamline;
  • Define and Coordinate the proper governance related to CE Sustainability team;
  • Manage executive communications. This includes presentations for All-Hands, organizational updates, team updates;
  • Monitor the investments and savings related to the various initiatives;
  • Consolidate the capacity management for CE Sustainability team;
  • Management of Leadership priorities by conducting main duties and requirements implementation.
