Our requirements

Relevant experience (Client Account/Executive Sales/Procurement coordination roles or Outsourcing Advisory, Operations management etc.);
Experience in interacting with Procurement teams and overseeing contractual and commercial negotiations;
Strong analytical skills combined with high quality assurance standards and attention to detail;
Professional behavior, strong communication skills and orientation on internal client;
Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various seniority levels;
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills;
Fluency in English – German and/ Or French will be an advantage;
Bachelor or Master’s degree.

Your future role

Working with the LCSP (Lead Client Services Partners) and account team to understand services provided and the potential for new solutions and proposals to meet client priorities;
Converting the account plan into actionable detail;
Providing ongoing support to the LCSP in defining and consistently communicating the vision and strategy for the team;
Monitoring and reporting on account financial performance;
Collaborating with internal functions in raising and resolving any risk or quality issues;
Supporting team activities in building multiple strong relationships with stakeholders and clients;
On-boarding new account team members with information about client.

About the team

The Client Account Coordinators support the Lead Client Services Partners and the wider account team by overseeing day-to-day account operations and coordinating the activities of the cross-Firm account team.
