For our growing Cloud & Engineering practice in Central Europe we are looking for a senior person and leader (Director or Senior Manager level) where primary goal is the solutions shaping and projects delivery, in collaboration with Cloud & Engineering and consulting leadership and Deloitte teams.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, technology leader with hands-on experience in cloud projects, ideally from strategy stage through implementations stages, familiar and experienced in public cloud and/or hybrid solutions, with ability to shape solutions for clients, build and grow skilled teams. This role is for an experienced and motivated leader who possesses a unique balance of technical depth, project experience, analytical and interpersonal skills.

What you will bring:

10+ years working experience, preferably in software or applications development, or modern infrastructure solutions, preferably with 5+ years in private or public cloud projects, prior consulting experience is a plus.
Experience with managing technical teams and building teams, practices.
Demonstrated expertise in a variety of the Enterprise Architecture and cloud architecture concepts, practices, and procedures.
Exposure to traditional and Agile methods of working, DevOps, CI/CD practices.
History of planning, designing, implementing or migrating successful cloud architectures and solutions.
Specialization in enterprise information solution architecture, design, and development - consulting experience preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated professional growth and the proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience with managing people.
Ability to create governing principles, guidelines and knowledge of Cloud best practices.
Able to plan, coordinate, architect and supervise all activities related to the technology projects, including Cloud projects or programs.
Self-driven, with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
Enthusiastic, innovative leader with ambition to grow professionally.
Experience with selling and delivering Cloud projects and programs.
Good communication skills.
Degree in Computer Science or related fields preferred.
Fluency both in English and in Czech languages.

Your future role

Co-accountability for the Cloud team located in Czechia, within Cloud & Engineering Central European practice, including:

Partner with Deloitte’s broader engineering and other teams, to define overall solutions and deliver cloud solutions as part of larger implementation or transformation projects and programs.
Build internal relationships with other Deloitte Cloud teams across Europe and outside to jointly propose cloud solutions and capabilities to clients.
Solution definition – team with other project teams to define overall larger business and technology solutions for clients, including cloud and hybrid architectures.
Projects, delivery management – Manage risk, project or teams economics including planning and budgeting, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from clients.
Identify opportunities and sell services to both new and existing clients.
Work with teams to capture best practices and develop case studies, assets and other core deliverables to further develop cloud solution offering (cloud strategy, migration, development, managed services, others).
Participate in capability forums, events, and speaking engagements.
Mentor, develop, and proactively support practice capabilities per market demand.
Support recruiting and on boarding of new employees and development of people in Czechia and in Central Europe.
