Who we are looking for

Over 3 years of proven experience coordinating change and transformation projects or leading specific workstreams, either as an external consultant or internal change agent/business analyst. Experience in legal or contracts transformation projects or software deployment projects would be an asset;
Graduates of faculties such as business, law, international law, economics, IT or other relevant;
Proficiency with MS Office and expertise in the analysis and presentation of data;
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
Practical knowledge of appropriate methodologies used for project management;
Well-developed stakeholder management skills with the ability to adjust style and approach for different audiences/cultures;
Knowledge of the challenges and requirements of an in-house legal department and/or contract management team (both process and technology) would be an asset
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail with the proven ability to maintain professional standards in the face of challenging deadlines;
Professional manner and high level of personal accountability allied with high standards of client care, confidentiality and integrity.
Willingness to speak up, express their opinions, provide new ideas and thinking to the client challenge.

Your future role

Learning, enhancing and expanding your core consulting capabilities and skills;
Primarily focusing on the delivery of client work that will successfully fulfil and exceed client expectations and deliver engagement and program objectives;
Coordinating communication within project teams and with client stakeholders, maintaining and developing relationships at appropriate levels;
Supporting implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management software;
Assignments will cover the full spectrum of the legal market, working with legal departments, procurement departments, contracts teams and law firms;
Maintaining and improving existing service offerings and contributing to the development of new services that anticipate and meet future client needs.

About the team

The Deloitte Contracts Transformation teamwork with legal departments and contracting teams to help them rethink their operating models, achieve greater efficiencies and increase the value they deliver back to their business stakeholders. We aim to disrupt the legal market and we need highly motivated and talented individuals to help us achieve this goal. You will be based at our office, with the option of working from home.
