Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for

  • We are looking for a Consultant HR Admin to join our BPS Team .
  • The HR Admin will assist in the execution of HR policies and processes that include both manage client relationship and HR Admin specific tasks.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ of experience in a multinational company with a general knowledge of labor laws and payroll and HR Admin best practices
  • Hands on experience with HR Admin policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • English proficiency;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects;
  • Proactive, adaptable and driven;


Your future role

  • Support in managing the employment process by drafting employment agreements, addendums, termination documents, as well as drafting certificates of employment.
  • Cover from-hire-to-retire HR Admin for allocated clients processes (including labor authorities reporting, FNUASS files, INS reporting, employee file archive, ANOFM reporting)
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Generates employee data analysis, reports, statistics, etc., formulates conclusions and recommendations. (compensation, employee reports)
  • Manage daily Client requests related to specific HR Admin topics
  • Produce specific reports for performed activities for allocated clients
