Who we are looking for
Your future role

As a Senior Manager you will:

• Work with clients to shape their ideas into implementing digital banking products and services
• Be responsible for building a community of practitioners and managing your own team
• Build relationships with clients to understand their needs
• Look for business opportunities and drive their acquisition
• Develop new product and service offering
• Jump start innovations in delivering value for banks leveraging cloud data platforms and AI
• Participate in practice strategy development and implementation
• Take part in and oversee key Client engagements
• You are responsible for elaborating the vision and construct the roadmap for an AI products’ portfolio that will enable growth across several business verticals


• Passion and practical knowledge of data-driven transformations, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Data Platforms
• 5+ years of management experience in leading technology and teams
• Experience in management of large projects with significant element of innovation, new product launch, new channel launch, product & services design
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and senior individuals
• Proven track record in full lifecycle delivery of technology transformations
• Experience in banking/financial services
• Familiarity with modern technology concepts, SDLC, ITSM, DevOps, Cloud (SaaS, IaaS)
• Business development experience in IT or professional services domain
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and modern PM tools
• Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and meaningfully, verbally and in writing, both in English and in Polish
