As a Data Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business transformation by ensuring data integrity, enabling seamless data integration, and delivering actionable insights that empower EU institutions to meet their strategic goals.

🎯 What we expect from you:
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business, and technology
  • master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
  • understanding of Data Warehousing (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) concept
  • expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL
  • experience in data cleaning, data modeling, and data visualization techniques
  • comfort in client-facing roles, gathering requirements, and presenting tailored solutions
  • interest in the European Union and their Institutions and wanting to take part in their further development
  • willing to travel occasionally to Brussels

Nice to have:
  • experience with scripting languages (Python, Shell scripting) to automate ETL processes or data handling
  • experience with at least one major ETL tool (e.g., Informatica, SSIS, ODI, Talend) is a plus; expertise in SAP BODS is an advantage.

Your future role
You will apply your technology experience (Data, ERP, BI) in the context of finance domain and industry foresight to get involved in projects on important challenges within EU institutions. You will use your superb analytical skills to participate in variety of transformational project to help the EU institutions fulfill their mission and objectives.

  • designing and implementing solutions for integrating diverse raw data sources, ensuring a robust foundation for data loading and transformation
  • developing and deploying data integration solutions, ETL processes, and automated workflows to ingest data from both internal and external sources
  • collaborating with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle— from business and data understanding to modeling, evaluation, and deployment
  • working closely with subject matter experts and technical consultants to deliver high-quality solutions for clients

Within our Government & Public Sector practice, our team brings deep EU industry expertise to help EU institutions address critical finance, accounting, and reporting challenges during their transformation. We are looking for consultants to strengthen our Finance @ EU Center of Excellence.
