Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
The Databricks Platform administrator is a technical role to design, implement and maintain process used to manage the organization’s Databricks platform.

Required qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree (IT/Software Engineering/Mathematics)
Work experience: 3+ years

Required skills:

Strong Understanding of the Databricks workspace and development environment

SQL proficiency with complex queries
Strong understanding of data engineering needs
General programming skills (OOP, OO design, MVC, Design patterns)

Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks since Databricks often interacts with ML workflows.

Azure experience is a plus

Strong debugging skills

Knowledge of Python is a plus

English – upper intermediate
Your future role

Manage and maintain role-based access to data and features in the Databricks Platform 

Improve processes and systems used to manage infrastructure, users and external access

Ensure adherence to security best practices within the Databricks platform, including managing data encryption and backups
Regularly analyze and optimize job performance, including cluster configurations and data pipelines

Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and best practices to enhance team knowledge sharing and onboarding
