Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
  • DEIB and engagement management enthusiast with can do attitude
  • Knowledge and broad perspective of current talent management, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion trends and change management best practices
  • Critical thinker with demonstrated experience translating strategic goals/concepts (based on data analysis) into action plans and implementing initiatives at an operational level
  • Strong program and project management skills and operational rigor
  • Excellent communicator both English and Polish (verbal and written) with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate DEI ideas and concepts, engage employees and leaders to educate and generate awareness around the DEIB initiatives
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and partners cross-functionally to implement DEIB programs and initiatives
Your future role
  • Create and implement Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy, roadmap, and process improvements
  • Partner with Talent Management to ensure engagement and DEI elements are infused into all strategic talent processes (onboarding, individual growth, performance feedback, promotion, succession planning etc.) and create sense of belonging across the organization
  • Advocate for DEIB topics within the business, evangelize the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion within the company
  • Design, build and implement engagement strategies and programs to monitor and enhance employee engagement and experience
  • Lead the design of employee surveys and actively take leading actions, implementing road maps for building engagement strategies and support the internal communication of results
  • Review and analyze market trends, enterprise-wide and business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Oversee budget estimating and spend for all projects and initiatives within the scope of the role
  • Establish program metrics, measures, and reporting to demonstrate programmatic success; maintain systems to track, measure and report on programs, identify risks and opportunities, and identify data-driven solutions
