Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full-stack Developer who is ready to join an international team. This person will accompany global clients in their digital transformation.

Requirements

Very good knowledge of Node.js (Express/Nest.js or similar) and ability to build scalable backend services
Strong experience with Next.js and React 17+, including SSR, CSR and modern React patterns
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer
Very good knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SASS, and responsive web design (RWD)
Experience in writing and maintaining unit, integration, and E2E tests
Understanding of RESTful APIs and familiarity with GraphQL
Knowledge of both functional and object-oriented programming paradigms
Familiarity with browser developer tools and backend debugging tools
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORMs (e.g., Prisma, TypeORM)
English/Polish at a level enabling fluent discussion of technical topics with clients (minimum B2)
Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional team

Analysis, debugging, and performance optimization
Creating responsive layouts based on ready-made designs
Optimizing and modifying existing applications
Supporting client developers
