Our Baltic Talent team is looking for enthusiastic Talent professional to join our Talent team in Estonia to become the owner of local people operations and processes as well as valuable addition to Baltic and Central Europe Talent teams, equipped with:

  • 2+ years of experience working in HR field;
  • Experience within an international company would be an advantage;
  • Good understanding of Estonian Labor law and market trends;
  • Can-do attitude towards job and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Result and service-oriented personality with solution-oriented mindset;
  • Tech savvy, able and willing to learn new tools quickly;
  • Confident MS Excel user with great attention to detail;
  • Excellent English and Estonian language skills, both spoken and written;
  • Supportive team player able to work independently.

Twoja przyszła rola
  • Cooperate with Baltic and Central Europe Talent teams on Talent projects;
  • Provide full cycle HR support to specific service lines, from hire to retire;
  • Administrate HR processes and resolve HR issues;
  • Support recruitment and selection processes – sourcing, scheduling, interviewing;
  • Collaborate with Deloitte CE team on HR Applications topic;
  • Utilize various internal tools and applications, including HRIS SAP, OnePlace, EmpireTime, Avature;
  • Creating various reports, advise employees and management on HR matters;
  • Give local support to Employee Wellbeing, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and others.
