We are looking for a Junior and a Senior IT Analyst who will play a vital role in helping to drive change and efficiency by creating and maintaining tools and databases. You will be part of the developer team that will develop solutions to optimize our processes.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills (level C1);
  • A high level of IT user ability, particularly advanced skills in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Excel; including Visual Basic for Applications and complex formulae. Training time will be allowed for adaptation to in-house IT tools;
  • Experience using SQL;
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
  • Ability to use their initiative to enhance standard processes, manage workload effectively and meet deadlines;
  • Effective judgement and decision making;
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality.

Your future role:
  • Using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) (primarily in Excel) to develop tools and deliver efficiencies;
  • Develop skills and knowledge on other software and coding languages;
  • Working with MS office tools to automatically manipulate data and maintain forms and utilize the data;
  • Designing and developing workflow management systems in MS SharePoint or other software;
  • Using VBA, formulae, pivot tables and other Excel functions to manipulate and analyze data to provide management information;
  • Providing regular updates to senior management on the status of work;
  • Giving technology training and coaching.

O zespole
Within the Tax & Legal Delivery Centre, Global Employer Services (GES) is one of the major teams that provides taxation, immigration & social security advice to multinational companies and their global employees. GES team was set-up in 2017 and currently supports 13 European Deloitte Member firms.

The team currently comprises 200 employees and will continue to grow over the coming months and years as our range of services expands.
