Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
  • Ability to thoroughly investigate situations or issues to get appropriate information for effective problem resolution.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and use of appropriate technologies.
  • Client-centric attitude and experience is necessary to fulfill our OneIT standards.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Solid soft skills and cross-team collaboration skills. 
Nice to have:
  • General knowledge of the following areas will be a great asset: ERP systems or applications in areas of HR, CRM, or Finance. 
  • Earlier experience in an IT support role that includes ticket tracking, customer support, etc.
  • Proven experience with leading complex tasks and small projects.
Your future role
  • Support SAP HCM application based on the ticketing solution that sets the priorities.
  • Interact with Internal customers who raise tickets to get clarity and analyze support requirements, reach out to senior consultants and other knowledgeable resources within the organization, and document the resolutions.
  • Operating technical processes related to daily/weekly/monthly/annual checks and procedures.
  • Acting on various cross-systems interfaces to ensure data quality. 
  • Create, update, and maintain general documentation and knowledge base articles for various topics and system modules. 
  • Technical configuration and maintenance.
  • Reporting, data analysis.
