- Logical thinker with analytical mindset, able to solve IT-related problems.
- Person with understanding of IT processes and their impact on the business.
- Highly developed interpersonal / consulting skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders (CxO and C-1 level)
- Graduate (min. bachelor) from the leading university on Information Technology (IT), Business Informatics or other technical field of study.
- You can speak languages:
- Polish – native or min. C2 level,
- English (min. C1 level),
- other EU languages will be an advantage (esp. German).
- 6+ years of professional experience, preferably within IT consulting environment (Big4, MBB, other top consulting companies). Other IT-related positions and companies will be also noted.
- You can act as Subject Matter Expert for at least 2-3 IT topic – show us where is your expertise.
- Good understanding of IT financials (OPEX, CAPEX, budgeting process
- You have number of professional certificates (project management, process management, cloud, security, other IT-related).
Those will be considered as a strong plus:
- Experience in IT M&A, IT audit or related space.
- Experience in managing IT Department (as an IT Director / IT Manager / IT Lead or similar).
- Master’s degree on IT field or related. Second degree / postgraduate / MBA studies on business/economics.
- Client support during the M&A process, especially on the pre-deal phase (IT Due Diligence, Technology Due Diligence, Vendor Support, Synergy assessment).
- Advising top IT executives (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors,) across a wide range of industries and geographies in terms of transactions.
- Evaluation of the company’s IT strategy, systems and business applications, organization, IT infrastructure and security, during the transaction processes.
- Verification of IT costs and budgets, including cost synergies that may occur with a transaction.
- Identification of gaps and risk associated with IT enablement, IT maturity and IT technical debt.
- Advising clients by bespoke recommendations and risk mitigation strategy in a context of transaction.
- Leading project team on delivery and cooperation with other project teams (financial, commercial) during project execution.
- Acting as a senior person for less experienced team members (analysts, consultants) with ability to supervise them and take responsibility to lead parts of a bigger project.
- Involvement in business development activities (client meetings, proposals, project pipeline build development of internal capabilities and offering).
