Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for

Strong stakeholder and communication management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
Professional and practical experience in Project Management (PMP, APM, other).
Understanding and experience with agile ways of working and tools (Scrum, SAFe, Less, other) –
certificate is a plus.
Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle.
Self-motivated, self-organized individual with ability of building relationship within the team.
Ability to cooperate and work alongside with other software engineering capabilities in projects.
Experience in building and managing virtual teams.
Highly developed personal and professional ethics.
Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken communication).
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent education.
Czech language - fluent

Your future role

Being a part of a team engaged in leading large transformation and providing advisory services to help our clients improve their business.
Liaising between stakeholders, brands, business, and IT teams to ensure transparent communication and efficient cooperation.
Tracking the project delivery against the plan, manage project risks, control project budget, run the change control process.
Coordinating work of various teamd procedures, looking for a new ways/approaches of projects delivery.
Building high performing self-organized teams, facilitating, and coaching them on agile ways of working.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Identify & develop opportunities to further grow our presence with the clients
Supporting scoping and business analysis to identify project challenges and points of improvements.
