Opis i wymagania
- Graduate (min. bachelor) from the leading university on IT or related field
- Professional with 2+ years of experience, preferably within IT consulting environment (Big4, MBB, top consulting companies). Other IT-related positions and companies will be also considered
- Logical thinker with analytical mindset, able to solve IT-related problems
- Person with understanding of IT processes and their impact on the business
- You have a wide IT background and familiarity with the following topics: IT operating model, business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM), IT architecture, Enterprise Architecture, software architecture and delivery methods (SDLC), network and IT infrastructure (cloud environment will be an advantage), data management, data migration and reconciliation, IT security / cybersecurity
- You can act as a Subject Matter Expert for some IT topic – show us where is your expertise
- You can speak languages: Polish – native or min. C2 level, English (min. C1 level), other EU languages will be an advantage
Those will be considered as a strong plus:
- Abroad scholarships during your studies or similar experience
- Familiarity with financials and accounting (or additional university degree / postgraduate)
- Obtained certificates (project management, process management, cloud, security, other IT-related)
- Client support during the M&A process, especially on the pre-deal phase (IT Due Diligence, Technology/Software Due Diligence, Vendor Support, Synergy assessment)
- Evaluation of the company’s IT strategy, systems and business applications, organization, IT infrastructure and security, during the transaction processes
- Advising clients by bespoke recommendations and risk mitigation strategy in a context of transaction
- Acting as a senior person for less experienced team members (analysts, consultants) with ability to supervise them and take responsibility to lead parts of bigger project
- Cooperation with team members and other project teams (financial, commercial) during project execution
