IT Service Management Consultant

for ServiceNow Team (Consulting)

 

work from one of Deloitte offices in Poland or remote (what you prefer)

Kraków / Warszawa / Wrocław / Katowice / Gdańsk / Poznań / Szczecin / Rzeszów


Requirements:

  • have participated in service transitions or assumed process ownership role around core ITIL processes, Service Level Mgmt., Service Asset and Configuration Mgmt.
  • worked on IT Service transformation or implementation projects and initiatives as a functional lead, business analyst or technical consultant
  • have hands-on working experience in one or more ServiceNow products and can define requirements for platform functionalities to support ITSM and business processes
  • dynamic and goal-oriented person who wants to accelerate his/her career in the area of IT Service Mgmt. and ServiceNow technology
  • familiar with Agile methodology
  • experienced in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
  • have good presentation and excellent communication skills
  • ITIL certified – Foundation level at minimum
  • ServiceNow certifications would be an advantage
  • English: advanced level, both written and spoken
  • EU residency is required

At work you will:

  • Assist the lead or work independently in design, development and implementation of IT Service Management and Service Integration solutions on ServiceNow platform
  • Work with the clients to capture business and process requirements and translate them to technical language in form of user stories
  • Perform thorough data analysis, gather core configuration requirements, translate these into design model and manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers
  • Design trainings and onboard users to the ServiceNow platform
  • Assist the lead in pre-sales activities for prospective clients
