Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for

  • Very good English skills: German skills would be an asset;
  • Experience in working in an international, multi-cultural organization;
  • Minimum Business degree, preferably in Finance;
  • Relevant 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Professional Services environment;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. macros, formulas, pivot tables…);
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on numbers, data interpretation and creating reports;
  • Database Management: Proficient in managing and maintaining databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility;
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including budget management and supplier coordination;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing contracts, invoices, and other financial documents;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with precision;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels, including remote teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange;
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide the highest level of internal and external client service;
  • Discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role.
Your future role

  •      Working collaboratively with other team members in the Talent Experience team as well as other business units;
  •      Preparation of detailed reports, excel lists, and spreadsheets;
  •      Facilitating supplier management and support with statements of work for new vendors;
  •      Processing contracts and invoicing and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation;
  •      Controlling the budget spent and ensuring financial efficiency;
  •      Managing the technology platforms used by the Talent Experience team;
  •      Organising and coordinating a variety of internal and external meetings;
  •      Managing talent documentation and updating data in our internal management system.
