Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our core banking implementation team for the position of a Junior Technical Consultant.

Successful candidate will engage in full lifecycle of complex, international core banking implementation projects for systems such as Temenos Transact, Thought Machine Vault, nCino and more. Candidate’s focus will be on technical aspect of configuration, customization and integration of Core Banking System. Candidate’s day-to-day work will involve usage and development tools and system itself.

Requirements:

  • Technical mindset combined with being a problem-solver and a quick learner.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (ability to work with International Clients and teams).
  • Comfortable with information technology, systems, and data.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Being able to understand design documents and implement design requirements.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes and banking sector business
  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree (can be in progress).
  • Technologies:
          - SQL and database modelling
          - Experience (can be academic) in any programming language (Java, Python)
          - GitLab
          - XML/JSON
          - REST API


Desirable, nice to have:

  • Knowledge of and experience in banking sector
  • Experience in delivery projects (preferably Banking, but not a must)
  • Technologies:
          - Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket)

          - Azure DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Repositories, Artifacts, Pipelines)

          - Docker, Kubernetes

          - Java (or other programing language)

          - Knowledge of software lifecycle

          - Linux basic and batch programming

          - MS SQL, Oracle or any other database experience

Your future role

  • Developing/configuring Transact (core banking system) in area customization and integration base on requirement and design documentation.
  • Documenting design and development deliverables.
  • Analyzing bugs and performance issues raised during testing phase.
  • Optimizing development processes and solutions according to gold standards and the most up to date knowledge.
  • Participating in development and being its owner during all further stages of the development lifecycle, which means cooperation with other implementation team members (developers, analysts, team leaders).
  • Participating in all stages of implementation project delivery lifecycle.
  • Provide day-by-day support on the ongoing projects, including participation in production rollouts of new systems or functionalities.
  • Staying up to date and specialize in product we deliver by obtaining vendor certifications.
  • Sharing ideas for improvements either in processes or in the tools used to deliver Core System implementation projects.
  • Commitment to a continuous attention to detail and highest quality of project deliverables.
