Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Junior Technology Transformation Consultant to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-impact IT projects that support our clients' business objectives.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT transformation management/project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects,
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello),
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels,
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results,
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and third-party contractors,
  • Very good command of German and English language,
  • Strong presentation skills,
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) are highly desirable.


Your future role


As a member Technology Transformation consulting team, you will support clients with the planning and delivery of transformation programs to achieve defined business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution while managing risks and maintaining project quality.


Your daily activities may primarily focus on, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Take part in planning and implementation of transformation initiatives, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Play key role in developing project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Help with collecting business requirements as an input for project planning.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Support with managing project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Play key role in communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates and recommendations for mitigation.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in the IT world.
