Who we are looking for

We are looking for a L&D Senior Specialist to implement our Learning & Development activities in one of our business areas. It is an ideal role for someone with project management skills, facilitating abilities, and solution-oriented approach.

The right candidates should meet as many of the following requirements:


  • Background in HR / Learning and Development / Training delivery / Project Management, minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Stakeholder management and project management abilities
  • Proficient English speaker
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Good usage of Microsoft Office suite


Your future role

Managed topics: Training programs implementation, business skills courses facilitation, vendor management


  • Implement training curriculum on both business skills and technical areas
  • Facilitate specific business skills courses from internal curriculum
  • Act as point of contact for management for L&D topics related to the respective business area, working together with the other team members to implement solutions for business needs
  • Monitor implementation of training plans, connect with leadership to adapt training plans
  • Maintain relationship with suppliers to implement business skills courses according to business needs and agreed curriculum
