✔ Do you have previous ML/DS experience? 
✔ Are you interested in the e-commerce and retail industry and want to learn more about topics such as customer segmentation, personalization or CDP?

 🎯 What we expect from you: 
  • 3+ years of machine learning / data science experience 
  • Interest in the e-commerce industry (B2C) and related DS topics such as: customer segmentation, personalization, clustering, time series, dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, CDP 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – you´ll be a trusted partner to clients; proactive and analytical approach; ability to break down complex problems; out-of-the-box thinking 
  • Previous background in ML/DS coding (Python), SQL, and Cloud is a plus 
  • English on a communicative level, German is an advantage 
  • EU passport - possibility of business trips
Your future role
  • Unique ML/DS projects for a global e-commerce & retail companies across Europe
  • Client-facing role – you´ll be involved in initial meetings with clients, understanding their business needs, participating in solution design and preparing the proposals
  • End-to-end delivery of the projects - leading the project implementation, organizing the team (2-5 people), quality review, status updates with the team and clients
  • Collaborate within the international AI & Data team - experts in various areas
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on topics such as: dynamic pricing, personalization, recommendation engine, CDP or GenAI for marketing/commercial 
  • Career and professional development through various trainings and certifications
