Opis i wymagania

Kogo szukamy
  • Degree in Economics/Business
  • At least 5 years of work experience in management consulting or corporate/commercial/digital strategy or customer experience role
  • Experience in managing small or medium-sized projects or project streams
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading small teams and/or coaching junior colleagues’ development
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Outstanding problem solving, analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong drive, focus on continuous personal development and always looking for opportunities to make maximum impact
  • Proficiency in English and in Hungarian

It is an advantage if you have:
  • Proficiency in German
  • International work experience
  • Experience in the financial sector (banks, insurers, payments)
  • Project management certifications
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Experience with customer-centric methodologies (e.g. service design)
Twoja przyszła rola
  • Independently manage small or medium-sized projects, work streams and teams
  • Lead a team of consultants to ensure project delivery
  • Contribute to the development of deliverables to clients, ensure high-quality deliverables by providing quality assurance daily
  • Contribute to engagement planning and ensure that deliverables meet contract and work plans
  • Report project progress to senior management level
  • Manage client communication, act as a primary point of contact with clients
  • Coach junior colleagues in their development
  • Help to develop our business through proactively identifying client needs, facilitating discussions and sales processes
