• Manager level experience in the field of IT, IT Security, IT Internal audit
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Economics;
• One or more certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001 LE or similar certifications
• Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task across projects and work under pressure
• Presentation and report writing skills incl. delivering projects on-time and on-budget, identifying and effectively dealing with risks and contingencies, project extensions, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Strong proven client relationship management skills with ability to maintain professional standards while developing quality outputs
• Strong leadership, people development skills, ability to transfer knowledge and motivate the team

Lead projects related to:

• Testing of controls with focusing on assisting clients in meeting objectives related to IT risk management
• Developing/advising on appropriate management IT risk management strategies
• Optimizing client risk and internal control activities related to IT security
• Identification and evaluation of information security processes and cybersecurity risks
• Conducting security assessment of client IT environment
• Identifying and communicating IT audit findings to senior management and clients
• Building & maintaining client relationships, generating leads and actively pursuing business opportunities
• Defining, setting and managing the function strategy
• Taking Deloitte’s services to market & ensuring successful delivery of high-quality project results
• Identifying top talent and building a high-performance team
• Supporting the practice through development of new services and analytical tools and fulfillment of practice management responsibilities
