Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role you will have to have:

  • More than five years of professional experience in project management, consulting and advisory experience in public and/or private sector.
  • Bachelor / MBA / Master’s degree in Economics, International Relations, Political Science, Organizational Sciences, Business or a related field equivalent from a reputable university.
  • Proven track record of project management and delivery of projects in public sector, including experience working with international donor organizations and different public entities.
  • Ability to coordinate business development processes, including ability to screen business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, potential, deal requirements, financials and develop and negotiate contracts.
  • Ability to coordinate tender preparation and offer submission for large projects, i.e. Infrastructure, Capital, Transport, Institutional, Economic, Social, Public Service, Governance development projects.
  • Subject matter expertise in green transition and sustainability related topics is an advantage
  • Ability to analyze complex issues in the context of client engagements and deliver insightful and pragmatic solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build relationships
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Creativity, independence, and availability
  • Experience and very good understanding of Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent negotiation, multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Availability for travelling (depending on COVID situation)
  • Prior business development and consulting experiences are an advantage
  • Knowledge of and experience with IPA I/II projects is an advantage

Your future role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic candidate to fulfill the role of a Development and Pre-Accession Assistance Manager to continue to grow our expertise in Economic Reform Programmes, Public sector development, Public Policy, Private sector development, Sustainability, and in particular, our International Donor Organization related engagements and practices

You will demonstrate your negotiation, technical, analytical, and qualitative skills to deliver projects in selected areas:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in selected areas.
  • Support the development and growth of our practice and service operations.
  • Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Coordinate the growth of services related to the EU programs and project preparation.
  • Translate and communicate broader strategy into a convincing team vision and goals, to align the team and sets priorities to achieve objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of a strategy for lead identification and identification of markets/industries where practice capabilities can be applied.
  • Manage client relationships and provide industry insight and experience in the domains of public policy, political reforms, public and private sector development.
  • Apply deep knowledge of trends and activity to drive continuous improvement and build lasting relationships across a diverse network.
  • Support the organization of ex-ante, interim and ex-post policy, and program evaluations.
  • Support the improvement and reform of complex governance/management systems (business processes, development of internal procedures, manuals, etc.).
