YOUR FUTURE ROLE:


As a Manager, you will strongly contribute to successfully conducting engagements with some of Deloitte’s most important clients, leveraging your core skills of:


  • Drive, pro-activeness, ownership and organizing your work, which will be indispensable for you to lead specific projects, work alongside client team members, supervise more junior colleagues, and manage day-to-day coordination across the project;
  • Problem solving and action-oriented communication, which will allow you to conduct insightful analyses, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop clear recommendations;
  • Interaction and stakeholder management, with which you will confidently present your findings to team members and clients, facilitate workshops with client and Deloitte teams;
  • Quick learning and intellectual curiosity, which will keep you excited about working in different industries and on multiple topics.


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for people with passion for making things better and achieving results. Ideally, you will already have some business experience and can demonstrate material contributions to your employer’s business performance. You will have managed teams or been a part of important projects. And you will have obtained an academic degree from a leading university.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (advanced degree will be an advantage) ideally either in business (economics, management, finance) or technical field (engineering, computer science, mathematics) with proven track of outstanding academic record and extracurricular activities
  • Experience in team and project management
  • Min. 4 years of work experience in management consulting or in a leading business in FMCG, retail, industrials, technology or financial services
  • Previous experience in strategy formulation, service design, operations excellence or M&A (in particular M&A Strategy, Commercial Due Diligence or PMI)
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and meaningfully, both verbally and in writing, in English and in Polish
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and senior individuals
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Willingness to travel
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (ability to work with more advanced analytical tools like Tableau will be your advantage)

If you wish to work with CEOs and Business Unit Heads from the leading companies on their most important challenges, formulating ideas and supporting their successful implementation – join our Strategy, Analytics and M&A team in Warsaw. You will become a member of one of the leading strategy consulting teams in Central Europe and will get an immediate opportunity to make an impact on our clients’ performance. Your projects may include formulating or reviewing strategies (for entire companies, specific customer segments, or product categories), designing services optimizing our clients’ entire value chains from sales through operations to technology, defining customer value propositions or even helping our clients during M&A transactions (e.g. preparing M&A Strategy, Commercial Due Diligence or running a post-merger integration program).


ABOUT THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

Our process includes a number of steps designed to help us to get to know each other better before making the final decision about the job offer.

  • During Stage I we will carefully read your resume to confirm you have the right profile
  • In Stage II you will be invited to complete online tests confirming your analytical and English language skills
  • In Stage III you we be invited for an interview with a dedicated HR Manager responsible for consulting services at Deloitte in Warsaw
  • The final Stage IV involves a number of case interviews with Senior Managers, as well as Directors or Partners with whom you will work on daily basis when you join the team.
