Who we are looking for

Are you a data enthusiast with a flair for design? We’re seeking a Power BI Developer who combines technical data visualization expertise with UI/UX design skills to craft impactful dashboards and insights that drive business decisions. 🎯

What you'll bring:

You have 2-4 years of experience in Data Visualization tools.
Proficiency in Power BI (embedded Power BI functionalities), with working knowledge of Tableau, QlikSense, or Superset as a bonus.
Strong experience working with marketing or customer data (B2B/B2C).
Expertise in data modeling and SQL.
Proven ability to design user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards, incorporating UX/UI principles.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and manage small-scale projects effectively.
A proactive and analytical mindset with a knack for deriving insights tailored to client needs.
Business analysis skills: ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications.
Excellent communication skills, including presenting analytical findings to diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must!

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
Familiarity with ETL tools such as Alteryx, KNIME, or Tableau Prep.
Hands-on experience with Figma.
Exposure to Customer Data Platforms.
Interest in emerging Cloud and AI technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
