Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM (Senior) Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of complex CRM solutions. In this role, you will work closely with architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical components.

Required qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse development.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and modern development frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with plugins, custom workflows, PCF, and Dataverse REST APIs.
  • Proven experience integrating CRM with 3rd-party systems via APIs or Azure integration services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
  • Knowledge of Power Platform ALM, solution management, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Understanding of CRM security models, data model design, and performance considerations.
  • Solid understanding of Git-based version control (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
  • Microsoft certifications: PL-400, PL-200, AZ-204 (strong plus)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Valid work permit
Your future role
  • Develop and extend Dynamics 365 CRM/Dataverse using C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, custom workflow activities, PCF, and Power Automate.
  • Customize model-driven apps (forms, views, business rules, security model).
  • Design and implement integrations with 3rd-party systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs, Dataverse connectors, and other integration patterns.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code across multiple CRM modules.
  • Collaborate in solution design sessions, providing technical recommendations.
  • Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and improve existing codebases.
  • Work with version control systems (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps Git) including branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
  • Support ALM processes, including solution layering, versioning, and build/deployment readiness.
