Who we are looking for

✔ Do you have experience with Gen AI / NLP projects?
✔ Do you have a deep understanding of NLP / Gen AI domain and related topics?
✔ Are you ready to participate and lead global international projects across industries?

As an NLP / Gen AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of NLP and Generative AI-based software. This position requires a solid background in software engineering, proficiency in Python, and a strong understanding of NLP and machine learning concepts.

🎯 What we expect from you: 

  • Strong proficiency in Python, object-oriented programing, and experience with ML libraries such as Sentence Transformers, HuggingFace, and spaCy.
  • In-depth knowledge of NLP concepts like semantic similarity, transformers, text vectorization, lemmatization, and information retrieval
  • Solid understanding of Docker, Docker-compose, and API design principles.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud services and understanding their application in AI solutions.
  • English at an excellent level
  • EU passport - you may have business trips within the EU

✨ Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Elasticsearch or similar document-level search technologies.
  • Experience with SQL including complex query design and optimization (nice to have, but not required)
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Prior experience in a product development environment focusing on AI and ML solutions.

  • Design and implement NLP and Generative AI models to enhance data analysis and processing capabilities.
  • Implement and refine information retrieval algorithms, with ability to describe and recommend validation methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear specifications and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Lead the integration of AI components into existing systems, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s knowledge sharing.
