Opis i wymagania

Kogo szukamy
• Degree in Economics/ Finance/ Mathematics;
• Familiar with the insurance field and previous experience of min. 3-5 years in areas like: accounting, IFRS (IFRS 17 is a plus), Solvency II, Romanian GAAP reporting, audit, advisory services;
• Fluent in English;
• Curios, eager to learn and develop;
• Seeing challenges as opportunities to grow;
• Having or willing to further study and get an actuarial certification or/and ACCA certification.

As a trusted Project Manager/Manager, you will:

Take part and coordinate significant insurance projects;
Research industries, specific companies, and market data;
Analyze companies from a financial, operational, and industry perspective;
Contribute to building complex financial forecasting models;
Contribute to analyzing complex accounting aspects;
Analyze data structure and data quality;
Contribute to the creation of high quality deliverables - create presentations, dashboards or interactive insights into data sets;
Build a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel.
