Opis i wymagania

Kogo szukamy
  • 10+ years of experience in quality assurance on complex projects with multiple dependencies and various SDLC methodologies, preferably Agile.
  • Experience leading technical staff, including providing coaching and mentoring as well as ensuring high code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Experience in responding to complex RFPs regarding QA, including QA effort estimation.
  • Experience with integration testing, UAT management, performance testing and testing automation.
  • Experience with testing solutions such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, Quick Test Pro, Zephyr etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English with a desire to share knowledge through creation and refinement of written content.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with business and technical staff and management.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and provide direct, timely feedback to teams and stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

We are looking for an exceptional hands-on Quality Assurance Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities in the role:
  • Guiding others and functioning as a QA subject matter expert across the whole software development lifecycle, including requirement engineering, code quality, test automation and manual testing, and CI/CD.
  • Influencing the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of projects by helping teams adopt tools and “shift left”.
  • Leading and helping others solve quality related problems with diverse scope.
  • Designing, implementation and execution of QA strategies on complex projects and programs in multinational environments.
  • Evaluating business and software industry trends and suggesting improvements to products, processes, and services.
  • Responding to RFPs and presenting Deloitte’s QA services to potential customers.
