Who we are looking for

  • At least 1 years of receptionist or front desk experience
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge and good communication skills
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Helpful, friendly personality

Your future role
  • Welcoming Deloitte clients, guests and colleagues, paying particular attention to client care and ensure that all visitors receive the highest quality of service
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls on central switchboard
  • Accepting bookings and attentively book meeting rooms
  • Prepare and serve refreshments, including food, beverages ordering and meeting room set-up if required
  • Coordinating daily courier and postage services
  • Participating in-house client event organization and execution
  • Organizing catering orders, check and approve catering invoices
  • Preparing and following policies due to reception daily work
