We are waiting for you if you have:

  • Good background: min 1-2 years of experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes;
  • Experience in a recruitment agency or internal HR dep., preferred in the field of financial, SSC, IT, technical recruitment;
  • Excellent both English and Polish language skills (as a must);
  • Proven previous experience utilizing databases, applicant tracking systems, search engines and social media to source active and passive candidates;
  • Ability to find and develop strategies to increase the effectiveness of recruitment processes and selection of candidates
  • Ability to understand internal client needs and making it in a recruiting success;
  • Ability to interact and negotiate with management and staff to resolve issues efficiently;  )
  • Openness for involvement in internal initiatives carried out by the Talnet team, also in Employer Branding activities and promotion;
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, dealing with ambiguity and rapid change;  
  • Excellent communication skills, openness and friendly attitude;
  • Creativity in everyday tasks, "yes, I can" and "out of the box" thinking is highly expected :)

About the role 

Recruiter in Risk Advisory at Deloitte plays a key role in the sustainable development of our practice. Within this position, you will need to gain the knowledge on our business to be able to talk with Risk Advisory professionals. 

This is one of the key areas of operations with a significant impact on the practice performance and providing support for the growth. Therefore, if you have proactive attitude and take responsibility this position might be a perfect fit for you!

Your future responsibilities 

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for Risk Advisory teams, providing recruitment expertise to Hiring Managers and aiming at filling the vacancies with the most suitable candidates;  
  • Choosing the most effective methods of sourcing for a specific needs and continuous learning and tracking modern techniques of acquiring candidates
  • Managing selection process, organizing and conducting interviews with candidates and making accurate recommendations to hiring managers)
  • Close cooperation with Hiring Managers and building a strong and partnership relation with business;
  •  Choosing the most effective methods of searching for a specific needs and building knowledge of modern techniques of acquiring candidates
  • Taking care for a high standard of candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process;
  •  Preparing analyses and market mapping; 
  • Being up-to-date with innovations and job market; 
  • Supporting Talent Team in developing Employer Branding strategy and approach for Risk Advisory professionals.
  • Taking care about development of recruitment process, but also being an owner of own success and development 😊
