Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
  • 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain – Manufacturing - Maintenance, preferably including IT systems;
  • Deep knowledge of SAP-PM (as a must) and SAP-PP, SAP QM platforms (nice to have);
  • Experience with maintaining best practices related to EAM (Plant Maintenance);
  • Experience in implementing SAP projects, preferably also as end-user;
  • People skills to form strong client relationships;
  • Experience in implementing business processes / behavioral change initiatives;
  • Strong change management skills;
  • Strong understanding of a EAM Project Management, budgeting and cost management;
  • Strong knowledge of standard industry approaches and best practices in the area of EAM;
  • The ability to develop and deliver quality presentations.
  • The ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization;
  • Fluent in English.
Your future role
  • Lead the development, improvement, availability, and maintenance of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) in Deloitte ERDC by performing the roles of SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist;
  • Experience in Master Data and Data Migration in area of Manufacturing – Maintenance;
  • Leverage opportunities of standardization for business processes, EAM  systems and interfaces in close support and collaboration with other ERDC Consultants, Client Engineering Heads, Site Maintenance teams and strongly integrated with the IT groups;
  • Develop the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) roadmap together with the client and lead its implementation across the Organization;
  • Support the preparation of local business cases for SAP-EAM including projects where the site needs outside expertise to identify and quantify improvements or gains, implement, or execute change programs;
  • Act as Project Manager on SAP projects when required;
  • Organize and lead the development and implementation of standard software-based maintenance performance in EAM and reporting systems;
  • Ensure that all EAM (SAP PM) governance, guidance, and standard documentation is kept up-to-date and communicated throughout the company;
  • Act as Deloitte EAM representative for other initiatives and programs worldwide;
  • Integrate all Greenfield Projects into the EAM roadmap and best practices;
  • Develop training materials and train the Clients in SAP EAM, when needed;
  • Supervise the demand for system changes/enhancements in your domain;
  • Implement the EAM Strategy;
  • Reporting system and control loop set up for consolidated global metrics;
  • Succession & development plans and strength of talent pipeline;
  • On-site travel to client location if / when needed.
