Who we are looking for

  • Have flexibility for travel in Europe as per project needs.

The candidates will have responsibilities for:
  • Identifying key client process and technology issues and recommending solutions;
  • Contributing to the delivery of the scope, solution and deliverables of the project team, in alignment with client expectations;
  • Delivering tasks for all phases of an SAP implementation ‑ design, build, test, implement;
  • Supporting the practice by contributing material and development effort, to service area/competency/industry.
Your future role
  • Involvement in at least three project lifecycles ‑ from scoping to post go live support;
  • Good knowledge of business processes and experience in making recommendations for process improvements;
  • Detailed understanding and proven experience of at least one SAP Finance module (GL - New GL with Segment Reporting, Accounts Receivable / FSCM, Accounts Payable / Banking, Cost Center Accounting, Cost Element Accounting & Internal Orders, Asset Accounting, Cash Management, Treasury) ‑ including transactions and configuration options;
  • Experience in the integration with other SAP modules/Solutions (e.g. MM, SD, HR, BI, Portal).

Additional desirable experience includes

Service Excellence:
  • Able to support the identification of key client process and technology issues and recommend solutions;
  • Demonstrates expertise in SAP modules and associated business processes;
  • SAP S/4 Hana Finance knowledge or experience is required.
Project Management:
  • Able to deliver the scope, solution and deliverables of the work-stream, in alignment with client expectations;
  • Effectively leverages tools and resources to deliver results;
  • Demonstrates clear stakeholder communication;
  • Demonstrates understanding of engagement risk.
Practice and Business Development:
  • Develops and participates in a professional network, both internal and external;
  • Development of the content and timely delivery of sections of sales proposals;
  • Identifies and anticipates client needs, above and beyond current service relationships;
  • Supports the practice by contributing material, development effort, or leadership to service area/competency/industry.
People Management:
  • Leads by example and exhibits enthusiasm and a positive professional attitude;
  • Supports and provides guidance to team members.
