Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
  • + 3 years relevant hands-on experience as SAP Consultant (experience with end-to-end SAP projects, preferably with a focus on MM module and S/4HANA);
  • Solid understanding of SAP MM business processes (Procurement, Workflows and release procedures, Special procurement processes) and SAP functionalities (processes, architecture & system configuration);
  • Good knowledge on Purchasing, Inventory Management process, Valuation and Account Determination, IDocs, Output determination, Forms;
  • Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest technology solutions;
  • Minimum project management knowledge (experience with SAP implementation project management methodologies: Activate, Agile, etc.);
  • Strong problem solving skills to drive resolution of defects & issues by understanding client needs & presenting options to resolve the issues;
  • Ability to independently drive tasks/topics from requirement to solution implementation;
  • Proven experience in delivering presentations/training sessions;
  • Fluency in English; German or other languages is a nice-to-have;
  • Have proven experience in working in multicultural and geographically-distributed teams.
Your future role
  • Participate in various challenging SAP project stages like Template Definition, Fit-Gap Analysis, Template Build, Testing, Go-Live and Support;
  • Improve understanding of business processes and be able to offer the best technical solution to meet the business needs;
  • Understand and be able to customize SAP MM specific processes, functionalities and know the common and specific integration points with other SAP Modules (FI, CO, EWM, TM, etc.);
  • Create Functional Specification / Configuration documents;
  • Plan and conduct workshops, perform system demonstrations designed to collect end-user requirements;
  • Work on the training materials incorporating requirements and deliver end-user training or train the trainer;
  • Communicate effectively with Project manager, team members and Client;
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills with clients and a team player attitude;
  • Have the willingness to develop and/or improve on professional skills.
