Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for

  • Master’s degree preferably in economics with finance or corporate finance specialization, 
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in strategy, transactions, or business projects in consulting, ideally in fields of VCS: 
    • growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, market entry strategy, 
    • commercial and operational due diligence, 
    • post merger integration, synergy analysis, value creation plan,
  • Proficiency in English and Polish is a must, 
  • Willingness to involve in client management, 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, 
  • Outstanding problem solving, communication and presentation skills, 
  • Excellent analytical skills, 
  • Quick learner, 
  • Ability to work effectively in teams with both clients and other Deloitte professionals, 
  • Strong knowledge of various Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). 


Your future role
At present, we are looking for candidates for a position of Strategy Senior Associate in a developing Value Creation and Strategy Team in Warsaw, who will be responsible for: 
  • Support Managers in strategic and diligence project management, from approach design, oversight of analysis, to synthesis of results 
  • Support in leading project teams (usually 1-2 people per project), including assisting team members in developing consulting skills, i.e. helping motivated and talented people progress quickly, 
  • Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that deliverables meet work plan, 
  • Being support in defining client business needs, 
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships through interactions with client personnel, 
  • Assist in pitching for new engagements, 
  • Participate in building, managing, and developing a VCS team, 
  • Build company position and reputation in the field of PMI and other post transaction value creation services.
