Who we are looking for
- You’ll have experience in the insurance industry or related sectors (banking, eCommerce).
- You’ll be intermediate in SQL, with experience querying databases and working with complex SQL queries.
- You’ll have API knowledge and hands-on experience working with APIs to integrate and enable smooth communication between systems.
- You’ll work closely with clients, Technical Leads, and Product Owners to identify the best-in-class solution to fit the client’s needs, detailing both business and technical requirements to meet the identified solution.
- You’ll plan large backlogs of requirements across vendors/3rd parties and ensure scope is well understood by everyone in the Scrum delivery team.
- You’ll facilitate communication of key development insights and findings to delivery teams, remove impediments, delegate responsibilities, and upskill team members.
- You’ll facilitate workshops to identify requirement gaps and interdependencies between backlog items.
- You’ll evaluate and prepare change reports to highlight the implications of changes required.
- You’ll collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to maximize value in Product Backlog prioritization.
- You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior stakeholders regarding the implementation of changes.
- You’ll have Agile Delivery methodologies knowledge and may have some understanding of SAFe.
- You’ll be knowledgeable in various management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Trello, and other Agile tools to help manage the backlog and product delivery.
- You will have experience in collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
- You’ll be familiar with microservices architecture, with an understanding of how microservices are designed, implemented, and maintained in a system.
- You’ll have experience in solution design, architecting scalable solutions that align with business requirements and technological constraints.
- You’ll have experience creating clear and detailed technical documentation for development teams.
- You’ll be able to investigate issues by looking into logs and tracing the cause of problems.
- You’ll have experience with Kibana, Kpow, Databricks, and Camunda, which would be a plus.
