Required professional background and skills:

Master Degree in Economics with Finance or Corporate Finance specialization
At least 5-8 years of experience gained in financial services industry, ideally in integrating, separating as well as transforming banking or insurance processes during mergers
Operational due diligence is experience an advantage
Synergy analysis target operating model experience
Day 1 and Day 100 program planning and management
Strong experience in complex projects
Proficiency in English and in Hungarian is a must
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Outstanding problem solving, communication and presentation skills
Strong client management skills
Strong knowledge of various Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Participation in the Project management of mid to large scale integration/separation assignments including: coordinating project streams, managing project risks/issues and tracking merger benefits.
Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that deliverables meet work plan
Ensure high-quality and timely execution of advisory tasks
Define client business needs
Develop and strengthen client relationships through interactions with client personnel
Assist in pitching for new engagements
