Required professional background and skills:
- Master Degree in Economics with Finance or Corporate Finance specialization
- At least 5-8 years of experience gained in financial services industry, ideally in integrating, separating as well as transforming banking or insurance processes during mergers
- Operational due diligence is experience an advantage
- Synergy analysis target operating model experience
- Day 1 and Day 100 program planning and management
- Strong experience in complex projects
- Proficiency in English and in Hungarian is a must
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Outstanding problem solving, communication and presentation skills
- Strong client management skills
- Strong knowledge of various Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Participation in the Project management of mid to large scale integration/separation assignments including: coordinating project streams, managing project risks/issues and tracking merger benefits.
- Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that deliverables meet work plan
- Ensure high-quality and timely execution of advisory tasks
- Define client business needs
- Develop and strengthen client relationships through interactions with client personnel
- Assist in pitching for new engagements
