Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Consultant with a background in technology and process automatization to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of consulting experience and a demonstrated ability to leverage technology for process improvement.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

  • Preferred fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Operations Management/Research
  •  2 to 4 years in consulting companies or market experience equivalent
  •  Know some of the following concepts:
    • Digital transformation
    • Business proces automatization
    • Business proces mapping
    • Requirements gathering and business workshops facilitation
  • Ability to analyse data and curiosity about new digital and fintech trends (RPA, AI, etc.)
  • Digital transformation, i.e., new technologies experience, delivery of innovative ideas
  • Willingness to shape business based on gathered requirements and market practices
  • Strong communication and relational skills, a propensity for teamwork, high motivation for consulting, and an attitude to analysis and problem-solving
  • Basic knowledge of Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN)
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • MS Office knowledge
Additional desirable experience includes:
  • Experience in the following industries will be a plus: Automotive Financing, Banking, Insurance, Telecom and Media, Energy & Resources.
  • Basic Knowledge of Visio, Sparx Enterprise Architect or ARIS
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of RPA tools, preferably Uipath.

Your future role
During your day-to-day assignments you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting analysts in the development of process documentation.
  • Leveraging process documentation to formulate proposals for automating specific processes.
