Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
Android Development: 
  • At least 5 years of proven experience with iOS / Android technology stack (e.g. Proficient in Swift / Kotlin, Java);
  • Strong understanding of the Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts in iOS / Android development;
  • Strong expertise on SOLID principles and code architecture patterns such as Model View Controller (MVC), Model View Presenter (MVP), Model View ViewModel (MVVM), VIPER;
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs to connect iOS / Android applications to back-end services;
  • Very good experience with unit-test code, bug fixing and improving application performance;
  • Experience with mobile CI/CD tools / mobile app deployment (e.g. Fastlane, Bitrise, publishing applications to Apple / Play App Store);
  • Advanced working experience with third party libraries (e.g. Facebook, Firebase, Adobe, Google).
Frontend / Web Development:

  • Expert knowledge of modern frontend technologies (ES6+, TypeScript/ JavaScript, RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, design patterns etc.);
  • Strong proven experience with at least 1 JS Framework (React, Vue, Angular – preferred), including state management and routing, asynchronous request handling, cross-browser compatibility, modern security standards;
  • Very good experience with version control, branches, and Git;
  • Familiar with data structures and algorithms, profiling and optimization;
  • Experience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documentation) and related tools like (GitHub, Jira, Sonar) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum);
  • Good understanding of accessibility key principles.
Other skills:
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance;
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices;
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience of working in Agile methodologies such as Scrum & Kanban.
