Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
  • Experience in an independent specialist position in the area of payroll and HR
  • Experience in recording and settling working time and leave entitlements
  • Very good knowledge of labor law and social security regulations (including practical knowledge of regulations governing working time and leave entitlements)
  • Higher education
  • Very good knowledge of the Enova365 program - a necessary condition
  • Very good knowledge of English and MS Office programs (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work in a team and with clients

Your future role
  • Calculating salaries and other benefits from employment contracts, mandate contracts, or contracts for specific work
  • Registering and updating payroll data in the HR and payroll system
  • Handling settlements and preparing complete declarations for the Tax Office, Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People (PFRON), and Central Statistical Office (GUS)
  • Setting up and maintaining personal files
  • Verifying documents for compliance with legal regulations, client policies, and accepted procedures
  • Delegating and coordinating the work of less experienced specialists
  • Providing advice on payroll-related matters
  • Contacting clients regarding HR and payroll issues

About the team
The BPS (Business Process Solutions) team offers a range of outsourcing solutions in the areas of tax, accounting, and payroll and HR services. These include full or partial outsourcing of finance department functions and temporary secondment of employees. The team serves domestic and international clients operating in various industries.
