We are currently looking for Senior ServiceNow Developers with an experience in implementation of IT Service Management or Service Integration processes on market leaders’ ITSM tool sets. work from one of Deloitte offices in Poland or remotely (what you prefer)

Kraków / Warszawa / Wrocław / Katowice / Gdańsk / Poznań / Szczecin / Rzeszów

 

 

We are looking for someone:

  • With broad knowledge and proven experience in working with ServiceNow Platform
  • Has proven expertise in ServiceNow key development areas (Backend, Frontend, Integrations, Discovery, Update Sets Management, Platform Management, including troubleshooting), the more, the better
  • Who is a Certified System Administrator
  • Experienced with integrations like Webservices, LDAP, AD, AAD, SSO, REST, SOAP MID, etc.
  • Have agile mindset – you know scrum and understand why you use it
  • Is independent, can clarify requirements and deliver work largely unsupervised
  • Has proven Certified Application Developer level expertise
  • Has very good English skills (min. C1) – you don’t have to be Shakespeare, but we speak English on daily basis

What you may:

  • It’s good if you passed Certified Application Developer
  • Even better if you are Certified Implementation Specialist
  • And to top it all off you’ve led and coordinated other team members

And how about your daily duties? You will:

  • Assist the lead or work independently in design, development and implementation of IT Service Management and Service Integration solutions on ServiceNow platform
  • Work to implement business and process requirements captured in form of user stories
  • Be able to expand your knowledge using on-demand and virtual classroom trainings
  • Act as a lead for other colleagues – provide guidance, follow best practices, be a role model for developer
