Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
  • 2-3 years of experience in immigration work (preparing files for work permits, long-term and short-term Romanian visas, residence permits etc.)
  • Deep understanding of immigration laws and regulations, proven experience in managing end-to-end immigration cases, and a passion for helping clients;
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, initiative and capability to work under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Romanian and English)
  • Professional and pro-active/problem solving approach to deliver high-quality services.
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office package

Your future role
  • Assist clients with immigration application (prepare and submit files to relevant authorities, accompany clients to the authorities for file submission;
  • Work independently and as part of a team on immigration projects
  • Cooperate with the management team to prepare detailed technical consultations.
  • Look for and study the documentation underlying the relevant questions; use Deloitte standard methodologies and knowledge management resources ;
  • Communicates consistently with current clients, maintaining an exceptional level of professional knowledge when holding such discussions and constantly coming across as a credible expert in this field ;
  • Attend meetings with relevant authorities;
  • Manage more than one assignment / project at any given time and keep a clear track of ongoing work/projects
  • Stay updated of changes in immigration legislation and inform team members accordingly.

About the team

Our Global Employer Services (GES) team provides our clients with advisory and compliance assistance in the field of income tax, social security, immigration and global mobility.  We specialize in all areas of individual income tax and social security regime (salary related income, freelancing activities, investment income, rental, etc.) applicable be that for Romanian and foreign individuals, for local and non-resident employers or for any stakeholder party when paying and/or receiving income to/from an individual.
